EU gives Iran another last chance

The European Union wants to give Iran another last chance to figure out whether or not it wants to comply with international demands regarding its nuclear program.
EU foreign ministers agreed Saturday that Tehran should be given another two weeks to clarify its position, after an August 31 deadline passed without Iran halting the local enrichment of uranium.
Iranian demagogue Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, meanwhile, continued to make perfectly clear his nation's position when he told visiting UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan Sunday that there would be no cessation of any part of Iran's nuclear program.
Ahmadinejad did graciously offer to enter into diplomatic negotiations with the international community, but only so long as their outcome was the acceptance of Iran's position.
