'Conflict isn't over borders, but Israel's right to exist'

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni attempted to educate visiting Prime Minister Tony Blair on the nature of the Israeli-Arab conflict Sunday.

The conflict, she said, is not really over borders and small areas of land, but rather it is over Israel's right to exist at all in the Middle East.
