IDF readying plans for next Lebanon war
Source: The Jerusalem Post

The IDF is already drawing up its battle plans for the next round of fighting with Hizb'allah, which is expected to come in the next 12 months.
Senior officers warned that political outcome of this summer's war will make that future conflagration far more complicated for Israel.
Instead of simply invading southern Lebanon and rolling into Hizb'allah-controlled villages, the Israelis will have to go to great lengths to avoid confrontation with up to 30,000 international and Lebanese troops deployed in the area.
Hizb'allah is expected to fully use those other forces, especially the UN peacekeepers, as human shields against Israeli reprisals.
