Lebanon threatens to unleash Hizb'allah

Lebanon's parliament speaker threatened in an intervew published Wednesday to again unleash Hizb'allah if Israel fails to surrender territory Lebanon claims as its own.
Nabih Berri told Britain's Guardian what most already know: UN Security Council Resolution 1701 notwithstanding, Hizb'allah will not be disarmed, and will continue to operate in southern Lebanon in preparation for the next war against Israel.
Berri said that if Israel continues to hold the disputed Shebaa Farms region, Hizb'allah will resume attacks on northern Israel, and Beirut will do nothing to stop it.
Hizb'allah has used the Shebaa Farms as an ongoing excuse for its aggression, despite a UN ruling that the area is part of the Golan Heights.
