Sderot: Kassams disperse holiday crowd
Source: Ynetnews
October 15, 2006
The southern Israeli town of Sderot played victim to yet another "Palestinian" rocket attack Saturday evening, which disrupted a joyous celebration marking the end of the Sukkot holiday season.
Some 1,000 Sderot residents gathered in an open public area to celebrate Simchat Torah, but were sent fleeing to their homes when two Kassam rockets landed nearby.
There were no injuries in the attack.
"Palestinian" rocket attacks on Sderot continue to escalate, both in frequency and accuracy.
Miraculously, the casualty figures have been disproportionately low.
