Jerusalem perversion parade canceled

The homosexuals, lesbians and other practitioners of sexual perversion that planned to parade their ?pride? through the center of the planet?s only truly holy city have cancelled their march.
Instead of prancing near-naked through the streets of Jerusalem, men locking lips with men, women fondling one another for all the world ? including impressionable teenagers and children ? to see, the participants will confine themselves to a private party in a university campus stadium.
Hallelujah!
It is the God of Israel Who declared Jerusalem "holy" and set apart to be "the city of the great King."
This same God also forbad sexual immorallity and perversion, warning that the Land of Israel would vomit out those who practised such things.
Nonetheless, many secular Israelis - including government officials and judges - insisted that the parade should be allowed to take place.
Offended religious Jews protested for the last 10 nights in an effort to halt the march. However, their efforts only fuelled the other side's determination to ensure that it went ahead as planned.
It took the deaths of 19 Arabs ? most of them women and children ? to push the parade off the program.
The vows of intensified terrorism by Hamas and Fatah following Wednesday morning?s misfired IDF artillery shells that fell on Arab civilian housing in northern Gaza stretched the Israeli police forces too thin.
After it became apparent that the security personnel could not adequately police the parade as well as protect Israelis against the terror threat, a compromise was reached whereby the deviants would stay off the streets.
Their in-your-face provocation has thus been limited to a ?happening? on the Givat Ram University stadium, half-a-mile from the Knesset and government complex.
Most of the religious Jewish groups that have been protesting against the parade for the past 10 days reportedly agreed to end their demonstrations after the change in plan was announced.
Some small protests are expected not far from the stadium by those who believe the activities that will take place there will still be visible to people passing by.
