Sderot turns into ghost town
Source: Ynetnews
November 21, 2006
Southern Israel's Sderot has all but become a ghost town amid intensifying "Palestinian" missile attacks.
According to latest reports, a large number of the embattled town's residents have fled for safer parts of the country, and those who remain dare not venture outside of fortified buildings.
Sderot's open air market is nearly empty, putting enormous financial stress on many families, and most parents in the town will not allow their children to go to school.
