Jewish school vandalized in Austria

Police in Vienna overnight arrested a man after he vandalized a Jewish school in the Austrian capital.

The assailant reportedly used an iron rod to smash the school's windows and destroy other glass and fragile surfaces inside the building.

An official from the Simon Wiesenthal Center said the attack comes as little surprise, considering Austria's lax attitude toward Nazi war criminals and sympathizers living within its borders.
