Riding the wave of popularity gained by his organization's victory over the IDF last July, Hizb'allah leader Hassan Nasrallah Thursday kicked off his effort to bring down the western-supported government of Prime Minister Fuad Saniora.
The Islamic terror group will stage a series of massive protest rallies starting Friday in an effort to achieve this goal.
Analysts believe a Hizb'allah-led government installed in Beirut will help turn Lebanon into a miniature version of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Ths is understood to be the goal of the Iranians and Syrians, who see a Lebanon-Syria-Iraq-Iran alliance is a major step on the road to securing the destruction of Israel.
