Rockets hit Negev, 'West Bank' heats up

Gaza-based "Palestinian" terrorists fired four more rockets at the hard-hit Negev town of Sderot on Monday, but fortunately missed their target.

Meanwhile in Judea and Samaria, the so-called "West Bank," the IDF has registered nearly 100 rock and firebomb attacks on Jews since Israel began renovation work on a ramp leading to the Temple Mount's Mugrabi Gate last Thursday.

So far, three Israeli civilians have been wounded in what appears to be an escalating situation.

On Sunday, Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter insisted the Temple Mount renovations would not spark a new "Palestinian" intifada, but it seems that may be precisely what the Arabs are planning.

Local and regional Islamic leaders are continuously urging the Palestinian Arabs to "defend" the mosques that occupy Israel's Temple Mount against what they claim is Israeli "aggression."

The "Palestinians" used former prime minister Ariel Sharon's 2000 Rosh Hashanah visit to the Temple Mount - the holiest site in Judaism - to justify launching the previous intifada.
