Jewish kindergarten in Berlin defaced with Nazi slogans

A Jewish kindergarten was the target of an anti-Semitic assault by Nazi sympathizers in Berlin at the weekend.

The perpetrators defaced the building with Nazi swastikas and slogans recalling the horrors of the Holocaust, and threw a smoke bomb into the kindergarten.

The attack occured while the Jewish youngsters were at home enjoying the Shabbat with their families.

More than one-and-a-half million Jewish children like the ones that attend the kindergarten targeted on Saturday were systematically exterminated along with their parents by the Nazis.
