PA official: Stop kidnapping journalists who support us

"We are opposed to the kidnapping of foreign journalists who serve the Palestinian cause," new PA "minister" of information Mustafa Barghouti said Saturday.
He was addressing a protest held by dozens of "Palestinian" journalists and human rights activists outside the PA's Gaza City headquarters.
Palestinian Arabs have kidnapped - and quicky released - a number of foreign journalists in the past months, most recently BBC correspondent Allan Johnston, who is still being held.
Speakers at the protest hailed Johnston as "a staunch supporter of the Palestinian cause" and called on the kidnappers to release him immediately," according to The Jerusalem Post.
