Arab terrorists wound Jews in Gaza, Samaria

Two Jews were wounded, one moderately, when Gaza-based Muslim Arabs intent on sowing terror and death among Israelis Sunday fired five Kassam rockets at targets in the Negev.

Earlier in the day, Arabs in Samaria opened fire from their car, seriously wounding an Israeli truck driver in the head.

The body of the Kassam victim – a teenager – was peppered with shrapnel after a rocket struck near a gas station not far from the Negev town of Sderot.

Eye-witnesses said the casualty and damage level would have been a lot higher had the missile actually hit the gas station.

It was the second day in a row Israeli communities in the south of the country were subjected to rocket salvoes.

On Saturday a rocket hit and damaged a house in Sderot.

Syria-sheltered Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal lauded the successful rocket attacks and vowed they would continue.

Mashaal’s organization holds a majority in the Western-created Palestinian Authority and remains committed to Israel's destruction.
