Hamas member: We'll enforce Ramadan fast

A Hamas gunman, who identified himself only as Kamal because of his membership in the terror group's so-called security forces, told an Associated Press reporter last week that those Arabs who fail to fast during the Islamic feast of Ramadan would not be protected.
According to the AP report, the Palestinian Arabs "have become increasingly devout in recent years of strife and hardship, and it is rare to see someone eating or drinking in public during the Ramadan fast, particularly in conservative Gaza."
"Not fasting is forbidden," Kamal reportedly said. "There is no more protection" for those who refuse to fast.
Allah's most loyal worshippers do not allow their fellow religionists freedom of choice.
Like the Lebanese Hizb'allah, the Muslim Brotherhood, Afghanistan's Taliban and other Muslim groups, Hamas plans to force all Muslims to adhere to its directives concerning how to live a good Muslim life.
