Israel poised to launch new space spy

Iranians and Syrians - especially military personnel in those states - might soon be looking worriedly over their shoulders, wondering just how closely they are being monitored by the hated State of Israel.
The answer is they will be being watched, day and night, with a resolution of one meter from Israel's new spy satellite system, due to be launched in the coming days.
A rocket from India will carry the Polaris/TecSat spy into the sky from an island in the Bay of Bengal, reports the magazine Aviation Week.
According to the Israeli daily Ha'aretz, this joint military effort is expected to greatly improve Israel's reconnaissance abilities.
