PLO ambassador admits getting Jerusalem is step on road to destroying all Israel

Once the Palestinian Arabs have Jerusalem as their capital - and international efforts to bring this about are underway around the clock - they will be in a position to erase the rest of what will be left of Israel from the Middle East.

This candid confession was made last week by the PLO's so-called Ambassador to Lebanon, Abbas Zaki, as disclosed by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) and published in The Jerusalem Post Monday.

"The PLO is the sole legitimate representative [of the Palestinian people], and it has not changed its platform even one iota," Zaki said.

That platform, adopted by the Palestine National Council in 1973 and known as the PLO's "Phased Plan," is as follows:

  1. Through the "armed struggle" (ie, terrorism), to establish an "independent combatant national authority" over any territory that is "liberated" from Israeli rule. (Article 2).

  2. To continue the struggle against Israel, using the territory of the national authority as a base of operations. (Article 4)

  3. To provoke an all-out war in which Israel's Arab neighbors destroy it entirely ("liberate all Palestinian territory"). (Article 8)

Speaking in 1993, just after it became public that the Oslo Accords had been drawn up and were being readied for signing, then PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat announced that the agreement "will be a basis for an independent Palestinian state in accordance with the Palestine National Council resolution issued in 1974.... The PNC resolution issued in 1974 calls for the establishment of a national authority on any part of Palestinian soil from which Israel withdraws or which is liberated." Said Zaki Monday: "In light of the weakness of the Arab nation and the lack of values, and in light of the American control over the world, the PLO proceeds through phases, without changing its strategy. Let me tell you, when the ideology of Israel collapses, and we take, at least, Jerusalem, the Israeli ideology will collapse in its entirety, and we will begin to progress with our own ideology, Allah willing, and drive them out of all of Palestine."

Observers have noted, and Zaki understands, that by relinquishing their biblical heartland and the cradle of their nationhood - Samaria and Judea – including sole, sovereign control over its 3000-year-old capital, Jerusalem, the Jews will be self-severing themselves from their roots – something no nation can survive.

The birth of Palestine, Muslims know, will guarantee the death of Israel.
