Int. football federation gives 'Palestinians' more credence

The Palestinian Arabs' pursuit of national legitimacy took another step forward this week when the non-existent state of "Palestine" fielded its "national" team for their first "home" game in a stadium near Jerusalem.
In what was termed a friendly match against Jordan, the "Palestinian" team drew 1-1 before a 6,000 strong crowd Sunday.
Present to witness the game was the president of FIFA - the Fédération Internationale de Football Association - Sepp Blatter, who said he was "proud" to be at the "historic" event.
While in the PA-controlled areas Blatter paid his respects to dead arch-terrorist and former PLO chief Yasser Arafat, laying a wreath on the grave of the man who introduced the world to international terrorism and bore responsibility for the deaths of more Jews than any other man since Hitler.
For their part the Palestinian Authority was immensely grateful to Blatter, bestowing upon him the "Al-Quds mark of honor", the highest award they have, and praising him to the heavens.
