Terrorists look to use UN as cover against Jews

Israel Police Sunday issued a warning that Palestinian Arab terrorists may be in possession of bulletproof vests bearing the symbol of the United Nations.

Officials fear ?Palestinian? terrorists will use the vests to smuggle weapons and deceive security forces in order to gain entry to public areas where Israeli Jews are gathered, the Voice of Israel reported.

The Palestinian Arabs have on numerous occasions in the past made use of UN ambulances and facilities as cover for terrorist activities against Israelis.

In southern Lebanon, Hizballah forces have in the past launched artillery attacks on northern Israel from areas adjacent to UN-run civilian facilities.
