Terrorists fire rocket from Samaria
Projectile prematurely explodes before hitting Israeli towns

"Palestinian" terrorists operating near the Samarian town of Tulkarm Sunday night attempted to fire a rocket into sovereign Israel, Palestinian Authority sources quoted by Israel National News reported.
The rocket is said to have exploded as it was being launched.
Terrorists forces based in PA-controlled Judea and Samaria could hit all of Israel's most densely populated areas, if only they could get their hands on the quantities of rockets and mortar shells possessed by their brothers in Gaza.
Israel's refusal to grant unrestricted passage between Gaza and the "West Bank," coupled with regular IDF anti-terror raids in Judea and Samaria have thus far thwarted terrorist efforts to build up any kind of substantial arsenal.
