3 killed in strike on Nazareth
Hizb'allah continues to bombard Galilee
By Ryan Jones
July 19, 2006
Three Israelis were killed, two of them children, when an intense barrage of Hizb'allah missiles hit the Arab city of Nazareth in the Lower Galilee Wednesday afternoon.
Another 18 people were wounded in the attack. The two children killed were reported to be siblings.
Dozens more rockets slammed into communities throughout northern Israel, including Haifa, Carmiel, Tiberias, Nahariya and Kiryat Shmonah.
Wednesday's barrage was one of the heaviest since Hizb'allah began attacking northern Israel eight days earlier.
