Kofi Annan is not happy about renewed talk - primarily out of Washington - about isolating and punishing Iran over its defiant efforts to obtain nuclear technology.
Annan said his recent visit to Tehran left him feeling that the world can "count on" Iran, and should have a more positive towards President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his regime.
The UN chief reassured everyone that Iran's nuclear program is only for civilian use. They told him so.
