Pope Benedict XVI Tuesday slammed the Islamic concept of jihad - furthering the faith through violence, or holy war - as being opposed to the true nature of God. (Like many in today's "politically corrent" world, the Pope sees the God of Israel and Islam's Allah as one and the same.)
The pope made his remarks during a lecture at Regensburg University in Germany.
While a small subset of Muslims denounce the use of violence, Muslim terrorists and their hordes of supporters insist Mohammed's Koran commands them to force infidels into submission by the sword.
