While visiting Syria in August, a Druze resident of the Golan Heights delivered a speech at a political conference in which he openly praised Hizb'allah aggression against the Jewish state.
The man commended the Lebanese terror group for sending hundreds of thousands of Israelis into their bomb shelters under a hail of rocket fire, and said such aggression by Israel's Arab foes would soon bring about the "liberation of Jerusalem."
Israeli police arrested the man on Monday, but noted he is not known as a political activist and has committed no prior security-related offenses.
