Iran: Israel's demise is near

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad assured the Palestinian Arabs on Friday that their dedication to Israel's demise will soon bear fruit.

The Iranian demagogue met in Doha, Qatar with Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of the Iranian-backed Hamas terrorist organization.

Ahmadinejad told Haniyeh that Israel is a "ficticious regime" that is "on the verge of disappearing," according to Iran's IRNA news agency.

He claimed Western powers had created the "Zionist regime" as a means of "penetrating the Muslim heartland," but noted that "today scores of Western politicians are in doubt" as to the future existence of the Jewish state.

Ahmadinejad is feverishly developing a nuclear arms program that Israel fears he will use to rapidly advance his dream of seeing the Jewish state "wiped off the map."

For his part, Haniyeh expressed his deep appreciation of Iran's support, and vowed the current terrorist offensive against Israel "will continue until the cause of the Palestinians [sic] is realized and [Jerusalem] is liberated."
