Egyptian officials reportedly allowed Palestinian Authority prime minister Ismail Haniyeh to carry $20 million into the Gaza Strip last Thursday.
The money will be used to fund Hamas' acts of terrorism against Israel.
Egypt is supposed to guarantee that no weapons or financial aid is smuggled via the Sinai into Gaza.
Instead, Israeli intelligence has reported an uninterrupted flood of weapons entering the Strip since Israel abandoned that part of its homeland in 2005.
