Masked "Palestinian" gunmen abducted a BBC correspondent outside his Gaza City apartment on Monday.
Palestinian Authority security officials were able to quickly identify the victim as Alan Johnston because the latter had the forethought to throw a business card on the ground during his kidnapping.
Apparently not wanting to taint their "Palestinian" friends any more than they themselves had already done, BBC officials in Jerusalem refused to refer to the affair as an abduction.
Gaza-based "Palestinian" terrorists have abducted more than a dozen foreign journalists and aid workers over the past 18 months.
Their demands usually include employment in the official PA security forces. Many have been rewarded for their criminal actions by being welcomed into the PA fold.
