An Arab sniper shot and moderately wounded an Israeli electrical workman near the Gaza Strip Monday.
No "Palestinian" group claimed responsibility for the attack, which comes two days after the new Palestinian Authority committed itself to suporting "all forms of resistance" against Israel.
Monday's shooting was preceded Sunday night by an Arab bomb attack on an IDF jeep near the ancient Jewish - today Arab-occupied - Shechem.
One sodier was lightly wounded in the explosion.
Terrorism has comprised the lion's share of the Palestinian Arab movement's efforts to drive the Jews off their lands so that they, the Arabs, can steal them.
