Israeli family terrified by wrong turn

A vacationing Jewish family had a terrifying experience Sunday when they took a wrong turn and ended up in the Palestinian Authority-controlled town of Jericho.

The couple and their three little kids were on their way from Jerusalem to the Galilee when, instead of taking the "Jericho Bypass Road" they turned directly towards the ancient palm-tree-lined city and came face-to-face with Palestinian Arab "policemen" (many of whom are terrorists themselves) manning a roadblock at the entrance.

Doubtless recalling scenes of Arab mobs beating, stabbing and dismembering other Jews who wandered into "their" territory, the wife refused to let her husband obey orders to get out of the car.

Instead they called for Israeli police and soldiers to come and rescue them.

After about half-an-hour Israeli security forces arrived and escorted the family back to the right road.

Many Israelis live in mortal fear of the "Palestinians," who frequently express their hatred of Jews, are encouraged by their religious leaders to "slaughter the Jew," and have carried out more acts of terrorism than any other group of people in the last 100 years.
