Arabs belonging to PLO/PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah organization opened fired on Israelis on a highway near the Samarian town of Ariel Wednesday.
A 20-year-old man was shot in the stomach and seriously wounded, while another man standing nearby was lightly injured.
According to reports, the terrorists continued firing at other Israeli cars as their vehicle sped down a busy road.
No other injuries were reported but the Arabs got away.
Neither Abbas nor any of his associates in the PA condemned the attack.
