The regime of Iranian megalomaniac Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced Wednesday that the country has 5000 centrifuges now operating to process uranium that can be used to manufacture nuclear weapons.
On the same day Iran bragged about the progress it is making in ballistics, announcing it had successfully fired a rocket into space.
Ahmadinejad, who is a Holocaust denier and a second holocaust planner, continues to defy western opinion, insisting that his country will continue its race to go nuclear.
Reuters quoted head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Gholamreza Aghazadeh as telling the official IRNA news agency Wednesday, "Now we have 5,000 running centrifuges. Suspension of nuclear enrichment is not in our vocabulary."
Iran's leadership considers itself in the vanguard of Allah's army, with Ahmadinejad himself a devout believer in the coming of a Muslim Messiah - the Mahdi - who Islam teaches will only arrive after the world has been plunged into chaos and turmoil.
The Iranian president regularly predicts Israel's imminent destruction.
In the face of this burgeoning threat to the Jewish state and what is left of the Judeo-Christian world, the international community has simply refused to consider any meaningful and effective response, preferring to impose economic sanctions it is unwilling to strictly enforce.
