Gaza Jews launch new website to save homes

The Jews of Gaza last week increased their efforts via the Internet to build support for their right to live in an area deeded to the children of Israel by the Almighty as an everlasting possession.

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon plans to forcibly uproot Gaza's Jews, as well as the Jewish residents of northern Samaria, this summer in a capitulation to long-standing Arab demands and as a result of relentless Islamic terror.

In order to raise international awareness of their historical and biblical rights to the land, and of the folly of attempting to appease the Jewish state's Muslim foes, the residents of southern Gaza's Katif Bloc launched

www.savegushkatif.org

.

The web site's banner includes a quotation of Genesis 26:3, which records God's pledge to give the lands west of the Jordan River to the descendents of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob:

"Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you and will bless you; For unto your seed will I give all these countries."

SaveGushKatif.org offers an array of statistics regarding the success of Jewish settlement in Gaza since 1967, as well as historical, biblical, economic and security arguments as to why it is imperative Israel maintain control over the area.

Visitors are given an opportunity to donate financially to the struggle to save Jewish Gaza, or to join solidarity missions to the area.

Also last week, the National Union Party released a version of its short video "A Stab in the Heart" with English subtitles. The video reveals the many dangers inherent in Sharon's "disengagement" plan. It can be found at
