Israeli Justice Minister Haim Ramon warned Monday that if the Palestinian Arabs holding IDF Corporal Gilad Shalit dare to harm or kill him, Israel's full fury will be unleashed on the Gaza Strip.
Speaking to Israel's Channel 2 News, Ramon stated:
"If God forbid, they should hurt the soldier, our operations will be far far worse."
Ramon was reacting to an ultimatum issued by the terrorists just hours earlier, demanding that Israel start releasing jailed "Palestinian" security prisoners by 6 AM Tuesday morning or "pay the consequences."
A repeat of Iraqi terrorists' gruesome televised beheading of captured foreigners by the Palestinian Arabs would send enormous shockwaves through this nation, and, as Ramon cautioned, lead to an unprecedented military response.
